What does free shipping mean?

Shipping is free for all customers in the U.S. and Canada!


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship everywhere:) You will be able to select your shipping method at check-out


How long after I place an order will it be shipped?

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within one business days of the order. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all orders placed on these days will be shipped by the upcoming Tuesday. It typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order.


How soon will I be refunded once I return an item?

After we have processed your return, it should only take 2-5 business days for the orginal form of payment to be refunded back.


I sent my items back to be refunded and I received an email saying my order was cancelled. What does that mean?

This is our system's relatively confusing way of saying,"You're refund has been issued!" You are receiving this email as a confirmation of your refund.


How will I know when an item is restocked?

Our Facebook friends are the first to be updated about restocks, pre-orders, sales, and contests! Liking the Hope's page is the best way to stay up-to-date on what's going on at Hope's! (Type in Hope's and make sure not to forget the apostrophe to find our page, or use the Facebook icon at the bottom of our website home page!)


How do I make a return?

All you have to do is send your return, with the original packaging slip, back to our warehouse! Also, adding a note stating that you are sending it in for a return, along with the reason, never hurts! :)


Can I exchange my item?

We don't technically do exchanges because we are unable to guarantee that an item won't be sold out, once your return comes in! The way we advise customers to go about "exchanging," is to go ahead and purchase the item in the size that you need from the website, like you would usually purchase something, and then send the incorrectly sized item back to us for a full refund. This way, in the end, it equals out to an exchange, but you have gotten the item that you need


How come everything I want is out of stock?

At Hope's, we have the most amazing customers! Sometimes we just aren't prepared for the amount of admiration our customers have towards our clothes, and things sell out ridiculously fast! We are still working out the kinks as far as quantity goes! We appreciate everyone's patience, and will continue to try and grow gracefully with our customers
