90 Day Return Policy
We strive to make you happy with your purchase, keeping you in good hands throughout the entire shopping experience and order process.
Merchandise may be returned within 90 days from the date the order is received for a full refund back to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.
- Please note: All items in Sale/Clearance, Flash Sales, and any sales/discounts 40% OFF or more are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged!
- Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras, Leotards and Gift Certificates Cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box. If there is any damage to the shoe box, shipping labels, packing tape. or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer and is subject to a return shipping fee.
- Kelsey's Style Box is non-returnable except for size exchange if available.
Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not technically do exchanges. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the other back for a full refund!
If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days so we can correct the issue.
1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
2. Complete the return form that is included in your order and include it inside the package with the item/s you are returning. If the return form is left blank and your returns have been accepted we will ONLY issue STORE CREDIT as your refund.
3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)
1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
- We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) back to your original payment method. If your card has expired or no longer available, we will mail you a check for the amount of refund.
- If you paid via PayPal, you will be refunded as such – however, if your payment was processed more than 60 days prior, your refund will be in a form of a check.
