Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received. All returns postmarked within 7 days will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. All returned postmarked within 8-14 days will be issued an online credit to your account.

  • Please note: All items marked as Clearance and Flash Sales are non-refundable and FINAL! 
    These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged!

  • Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras, Leotards and Gift Certificates Can NOT be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage to the box and mailed back over-boxed. .i.e., NO shipping labels, other marking on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted.
  • All merchandise must be returned in a saleable condition (unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags attached - NO makeup or deodorant stains).

All returns postmarked after 14 days WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

We do not exactly do exchanges due to item/size availability by the time we receive your return. We highly recommend placing a new order for item(s) you want before sending back your original item(s).

If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days so we can correct the issue.

1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
2. Complete the return form that is included in your order and include it inside the package with the item/s you are returning.
3. Please return your item(s) via pre-paid label by your carrier of choice.  We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record.
4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.


  • We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) back to your original payment method.  If your card has expired or no longer available, we will mail you a check for the amount of refund.
  • If you paid via PayPal, you will be refunded as such – however, if your payment was processed more than 60 days prior, your refund will be in a form of a check.
