Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All unworn/unaltered merchandise can gladly be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
You may not return or exchange:
Sale/clearance items, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suites, and Gift Certificates.
All Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that you have tried on and they have make up on them, you WILL NOT be given a refund and items will be sent back to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We don't technically do exchanges because we are unable to guarantee that an item won't be sold out, once your return comes in! Our policy does not allow us to "hold" online merchandise. The way we advise customers to go about "exchanging," is to go ahead and purchase the item in the size that you need from the website, like you would usually purchase something, and then send the incorrectly sized item back to us for a full refund. This way, in the end, it equals out to an exchange, but you have gotten the item that you need.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
